もりもと福祉タクシーは三重県鈴鹿市を拠点とする介護タクシーです。
車椅子・ストレッチャー対応の介護タクシー車両を使用し、通院・退院・転院・お買い物・旅行など幅広く対応しております。
鈴鹿市・四日市市・津市・亀山市を中心に運行しております。
中部運輸局「福祉限定旅客運送事業」の許可を受け、車両は事業用登録（緑ナンバー）、乗務員は二種免許ならびに介護資格を保有しております。
当サービスは介護保険外（完全自費）でのご利用となります。
そのため、ケアマネジャー様によるケアプランの有無や要介護度に関わらず、どなたでも自由にご利用いただけます。

Morimoto Fukushi Taxi Wheelchair Accessible Taxi service based in Suzuka City, Mie.
Using wheelchair and stretcher-accessible vehicles, we offer comprehensive support for hospital visits, discharges, transfers, shopping, and travel.
We mainly operate around Suzuka, Yokkaichi, Tsu, and Kameyama cities.
Authorized by the Chubu Transportation Bureau for "Fukushi passenger transport", all our vehicles are commercially registered (green license plates), and our drivers hold commercial driver's licenses as well as caregiver qualifications.
Our service is privately funded and is not covered by public long-term care insurance.
Anyone is welcome to use our service freely, regardless of your care plan or certification status.

■ 通院・退院・転院での送迎
病院への通院・退院・転院の際の送迎を承ります。
ご自宅内や病室のベッドまでお迎えに伺います。
鈴鹿市から市内・市外・県外への転院や施設へのご入所にも対応しております。
また、四日市市・津市などの病院・施設から鈴鹿市方面への送迎も承ります。
■ ご自宅・施設・病室での移乗のお手伝い
ベッド・ソファ・車椅子間の移乗も、お身体の状態に合わせて安全・丁寧にお手伝いします。
ご自宅内からお車までの移動も、安心してお任せください。
■ 車椅子・ストレッチャー（寝たまま）での移動
リフト付きの専用車両で、安全なご移動をお手伝いします。
起き上がることが難しい方には、医療用ストレッチャーを使用し、寝たままご乗車いただけるようお手伝いします。
お身体への負担を少しでも軽くできるよう、安全で丁寧な運転を心がけています。
■ 車椅子・ストレッチャーなど福祉用具のお貸出し
車椅子・リクライニング車椅子・ストレッチャーなど、必要な福祉用具をご用意しております。
ご利用場所までお持ちして対応いたします。お気軽にご相談ください。
■ お出かけ・日々のご利用
お買い物やお役所・銀行でのお手続きなど、日常のお出かけもお手伝いします。
施設からの外出や一時帰宅などにも対応しております。
■ 貸切旅行や長距離移動
車椅子や寝たきりの状態での長距離移動, 観光・旅行、里帰り、法事やお墓参りなど、貸切プランで対応いたします。
F1日本グランプリ観戦などで鈴鹿サーキットへお越しの方や、海外からのお客様も歓迎します。英語でのご案内も可能です。
■ 看護・介護スタッフの同乗
通常は介護資格を持つ乗務員が一人で対応いたします。
当社は民間救急ではありません。乗務員は救命講習などを修了し、安全な移動を第一に考え対応しております。
ご希望に応じて、経験豊富な看護師・介護士の同乗も承ります。
車内での見守りから目的地での看護・介護まで、お客様の状態に合わせた安心のサポートをご提供します。
■ 医療的ケアが必要な方のご移動
人工呼吸器・在宅酸素・点滴・吸引など、医療的ケアが必要な方のご移動にも対応しております。

- Assistance with Hospital Visits, Discharges and Transfers
We assist with transportation for hospital visits, discharges, and transfers between medical facilities.
We can come directly to your hospital room or bedside at home and assist with safe transfers.
We provide transportation from Suzuka to destinations within the city, throughout Japan, and to care facilities.
We also accommodate transfers from hospitals and care facilities in Yokkaichi, Tsu, and surrounding areas to Suzuka.
- Pickup from Your Home, Care Facility or Hospital Room with Transfer Assistance
We can come directly to your room at home, your care facility, or your hospital room to assist you.
We also provide safe transfer assistance between beds, sofas, wheelchairs, and other seating according to your physical condition.
- Wheelchair and Stretcher Transportation
We provide safe transportation using our wheelchair-accessible vehicle equipped with a lift.
For passengers who are unable to sit upright, we assist with boarding while remaining on a medical stretcher.
We always drive carefully to ensure the safest and most comfortable journey possible.
- Wheelchair and Medical Equipment Rental
We provide wheelchairs, reclining wheelchairs, stretchers, and other mobility equipment when needed.

We also provide transportation for shopping, bank visits, government offices, and other everyday outings.
We also assist with temporary home visits and outings from nursing homes or care facilities.

Visitors attending the Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka Circuit are welcome. We also welcome overseas visitors, and English assistance is available.
- Nurse or Caregiver Accompaniment
Transportation is normally provided by a qualified driver with caregiving certification.
Although we are not an ambulance service, our drivers have completed emergency first-aid training and always place safety first.
Experienced nurses or caregivers can accompany you upon request.
We provide reassuring support tailored to each passenger, from monitoring during the journey to nursing or caregiving assistance at your destination.
- Transportation for Passengers Requiring Medical Care
We also provide transportation for passengers requiring medical care, including ventilators, home oxygen therapy, IV infusions, and suction equipment.

介助料や機材使用料などの追加料金はいただいておりません。
タクシーメーターに基づく運賃のみでご利用いただけます。
車内待機・お付添い支援（病院・店舗・行楽地などでのお付添いや病室お迎え）は、
タクシーメーターを稼働したままでのご対応になります。

Our vehicle is equipped with a certified taxi meter.
Please pay the fare directly to the driver when you arrive at your destination (cash or PayPay accepted. Credit cards are not accepted).
Fares for transportation to or from medical facilities, including outpatient visits, hospital admission, discharge, and transfers between hospitals, may be eligible for Japan's medical expense tax deduction.
We issue an official receipt for every trip.
We aim to keep transportation affordable for our passengers and their families.
We do not charge any additional fees for assistance or the use of medical equipment.
You only pay the metered taxi fare.
If you request that the driver wait for you or accompany you inside a hospital, clinic, shop, tourist attraction, or other facility,
the taxi meter will continue running during the waiting or assistance period.
