もりもと福祉タクシーは三重県鈴鹿市を拠点とする介護タクシーです。
車椅子・ストレッチャー対応の介護タクシー車両を使用し、通院・退院・転院・お買い物・旅行など幅広く対応しております。
鈴鹿市・四日市市・津市・亀山市を中心に運行しております。

中部運輸局「福祉限定旅客運送事業」の許可を受け、車両は事業用登録（緑ナンバー）、乗務員は二種免許ならびに介護資格を保有しております。

当サービスは介護保険外（完全自費）でのご利用となります。
そのため、ケアマネジャー様によるケアプランの有無や要介護度に関わらず、どなたでも自由にご利用いただけます。

[About Morimoto Fukushi Taxi]

Morimoto Fukushi Taxi is a Wheelchair Accessible Taxi service based in Suzuka City, Mie.
Using wheelchair and stretcher-accessible vehicles, we offer comprehensive support for hospital visits, discharges, transfers, shopping, and travel.
We mainly operate around Suzuka, Yokkaichi, Tsu, and Kameyama cities.

Authorized by the Chubu Transportation Bureau for "Fukushi passenger transport", all our vehicles are commercially registered (green license plates), and our drivers hold commercial driver's licenses as well as caregiver qualifications.

Our service is privately funded and is not covered by public long-term care insurance.
Anyone is welcome to use our service freely, regardless of your care plan or certification status.

■ 通院・退院・転院のお手伝い

病院への通院、退院、または病院間の転院時の移動をお手伝いします。
病室やご家庭内のベッドまでお迎えにあがり、移乗などのお手伝いを致します。
鈴鹿市から市内・市外・県外への転院や施設入所に対応しています。
又、四日市市・津市などの病院・施設から鈴鹿市方面へのご移動にもお応えします。

■ 車椅子・ストレッチャー（寝たまま）での移動

リフト付きの専用車両で安全にご移動いただけます。
起き上がることが難しい方でも、医療用ストレッチャーのままご乗車いただけます。

■ お出かけ・日々のご利用

お買い物、お役所・銀行手続きなどにもご利用ください。
施設からの外出や一時帰宅などもお手伝いします。

■ 貸切旅行や長距離移動

車椅子や寝たきりの状態での長距離移動、観光・旅行、里帰り、法事やお墓参りなど、貸切プランで対応可能です。
F1日本グランプリ観戦などで鈴鹿サーキットへお越しの方、海外からのお客様も歓迎します。英語でのご案内も可能です。

■ 看護・介護スタッフの同乗

通常は介護資格を持つ乗務員が一人で対応いたします。
当社は民間救急ではありません。乗務員は救命講習などを修了し、安全な移動を第一に考え、対応しております。
ご希望に応じて、経験豊富な看護師・介護士の同乗も承ります。
車内での見守りから目的地での看護・介助まで、お客様の状態に合わせた安心のサポートをご提供します。

■ 医療的ケアが必要な方のご移動

人工呼吸器・在宅酸素・点滴・吸引など、医療的ケアが必要な方のご移動にも対応しております。

- Outpatient Visits, Discharges & Hospital Transfers

We assist with transportation for regular hospital visits, discharges, and transfers between medical facilities.
Our staff can come directly to your hospital room or bedside at home to help with transferring you safely.
We support transfers from Suzuka to local, long-distance, and out-of-prefecture destinations (including care facilities), as well as incoming transfers to Suzuka from Yokkaichi, Tsu, and surrounding areas.

- Wheelchair & Stretcher Transportation (Lying Down)

Our vehicles are equipped with specialized wheelchair lifts to ensure a safe and smooth journey.
For passengers who are unable to sit upright, comfortable transportation is available using a full-size medical stretcher.

- Local Outings & Daily Assistance

We are available for your everyday transportation needs, including shopping trips, visits to municipal offices, and banking errands.
We also provide support for temporary outings or home visits from nursing care facilities.

- Private Charters & Long-Distance Travel

We offer customizable private charter plans for long-distance travel, sightseeing tours, family reunions, homecoming trips, and attending memorial or funeral services.
Visitors attending the Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka Circuit, as well as international guests, are warmly welcome. English-speaking assistance is available.

- Accompanied Nurse & Caregiver Support

Your journey is managed by a certified caregiver driver. Please note that while we are a specialized accessible taxi service and not an emergency ambulance service, our drivers have completed professional first-aid training with your safety as their highest priority.
Upon request, an experienced registered nurse or caregiver can accompany you to provide continuous monitoring during the drive and professional assistance at your destination.

- Medical Care & Support During Transport

We regularly accommodate passengers who require medical support, including mechanical ventilators, home oxygen therapy (HOT), IV infusions, and medical suctioning.

【料金について】

タクシーメーター搭載車です。降車時に運賃を乗務員にお渡しください（現金またはPayPayにて。クレジットカード等はご利用いただけません）。

通院・入院・退院・転院など、医療機関への移動にご利用いただいた運賃は医療費控除の対象となります。
当社では、ご利用ごとに領収書を必ずお渡ししております。

当社では、ご利用者様やご家族様の負担をできる限り軽くしたいと考えております。
介助料や機材使用料などの追加料金はいただいておりません。
タクシーメーターに基づく運賃のみでご利用いただけます。

車内待機・お付添い支援（病院・店舗・行楽地などでのお付添いや病室お迎え）は、
タクシーメーターを稼働したままでのご対応になります。

Our vehicle is equipped with a certified taxi meter.
Please pay the fare directly to the driver when you arrive at your destination (cash or PayPay accepted. Credit cards are not accepted).

Fares for transportation to or from medical facilities, including outpatient visits, hospital admission, discharge, and transfers between hospitals, may be eligible for Japan's medical expense tax deduction.
We issue an official receipt for every trip.

We aim to keep transportation affordable for our passengers and their families.
We do not charge any additional fees for assistance or the use of medical equipment.
You only pay the metered taxi fare.

If you request that the driver wait for you or accompany you inside a hospital, clinic, shop, tourist attraction, or other facility,
the taxi meter will continue running during the waiting or assistance period.
